Steps to repairing your Hydrostatic Transmission:
Transmission is disassembled, parts are fully inspected and measured for suitability of re-use;
Parts are then cleaned in our Ultrasonic Cleaners;
All internal parts are reworked with the strictest attention to detail and manufacturer’s tolerances. If it is not right we don’t use it;
The unit is then reassembled by factory trained technicians and tested on our test bench where it must perform to the highest efficiency levels
